個人情報の取得と利用
ASTORAは、お問い合わせへの返信に必要な範囲で、お名前、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容を取得します。取得した情報は、お問い合わせへの対応および必要な連絡のためにのみ利用します。
外部サービスの利用
お問い合わせ内容のメール通知にはFormspreeを利用します。送信された情報は、通知のため同サービスへ送信され、Formspreeのプライバシーポリシーに基づいて取り扱われます。ASTORAは、法令に基づく場合を除き、取得した情報を第三者へ販売または提供しません。
管理とお問い合わせ
個人情報は適切に管理し、利用目的がなくなった情報は必要に応じて削除します。開示、訂正、削除に関するご連絡は、サイト内のお問い合わせフォームからお送りください。
Collection and use of personal information
ASTORA collects your name, email address and message only when needed to respond to an enquiry. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Sharing and retention
We use Formspree to deliver contact-form notifications. Information submitted through the form is sent to that service and handled under the Formspree Privacy Policy. ASTORA does not sell personal information or otherwise disclose it except as required by law. Information is removed when it is no longer needed for its stated purpose.
